Using Word 2002, OS is Windows XP SP2. I have a font (Script.fon)
in my Fonts folder that is not showing up in the Word dropdown
menu of fonts. How can I make it available for Word 2002, in
other words, have it show up in the fonts dropdown menu of Word?

Script.fon is a screen only font. Word will only display fonts the current
printer driver is capable of printing.

Graham, thanks for the reply, but since the font shows up in
Wordpad, the work-around I have discovered is to compose the
document in Wordpad, save the file as an rtf, then change the
extension to doc and open it in Word, from where it will print.
Kind of a roundabout way but it works.
