Any advice willbe appreciated... The hard way is to use the Label wizard to select the label size and, leaving the address box blank, click the New Document button. This produces an empty table (click Table Show Gridlines if necessary) where you can type in the addresses. The easier way is to create a mail merge source document and merge to labels. See http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels...mail_merge.htm, http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm, and http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMe...AMailMerge.htm. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
