Word 2003 Print Layout Problem
Somehow I lost the regular Print Layour view. I have
black lines between pages instead of grey separated desktop area. No matter which view I switch to and back from, even rebooting and starting a new document, I cannot see my header and footer areas. Any ideas? |

Tools Options View (tab)
Check "White space between pages" in the Print and Web Layout Options section. You can turn this off (or on) with an errant mouse click on your screen but it is easier to turn off that way than it is to turn it back on. If you go to the gray area between pages with your pointer, it will turn into a couple of white blocks, one over the other. The tool tip is "Hide white space" or "Show white space". -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://www.mvps.org/word which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup.
