Everytime I try to open a downloaded document is shows up in a scripted
format. How do I convert the document so it is readable?? |

Everytime I try to open a downloaded document is shows up in a scripted format. How do I convert the document so it is readable?? I don't understand what is meant by "a scripted format"?
