Default Data in Word

Is it possible to make a list out of a data source in Word? I have found
the Mail Merge stuff, but I want a list, not a seperate document for each
person. Is this possible?

Thanks,
Drew Laing

Do a "catalog" merge rather than a letter merge.

And note that in Word 2002 and 2003, it's called "directory." One caveat:
any text you put in the document will be repeated for every record, so
headings and such need to be either placed in the header or added after the
data is merged.
