It's all part of the new "Paperless Office 2007."

Just kidding.

Click the round button in the upper left corner (it's not just an ornament).
It's roughly equivalent to the File menu in Word 2003 and earlier.

Also... see the collection of tools in the title bar? That's the Quick
Access Toolbar. Click the right-most bit (the little arrow), and you'll see
of additional tools that can be added to the QAT. Actually, you can add many
more, but those are ones that are especially handy, and often useful. One of
them is Quick Print.
