Default when I click on scrolling text I get error msg that says its in M.

I am trying to do some scrolling text... I followed the help instructions but
when I clicked on scrolling text in the web tool bar... I got an error
message that said this object was created in MARQUEE and that this
application is not available to open this object...

I've got a brand new tablet pc with all the bells and whistles inclunding
office 2003... so what gives...

Hi, Ed. That function was "broken" by Windows XP Service Pack 2. See
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=886299 "'Application is not available'
error messages when you try to insert some Web Tools in Word 2002 and Word
2003". The only known solution at the present time is to uninstall WinXP
SP2, which is not recommended.
