Equation Editor artifacts
I am using Word 2003 on a new, Vista installed, laptop. I am having
compatibility issues sharing documents with a company I consult with who are currently running XP with Word 2003. I have created equations using equation editor 3.0 that display fine on my computer, but contain artifact characters (in this case, there is an 'h' after a variable in a numerator in several equations) when displayed in the office on the XP computers. If I pdf this document, it displays correctly. Note: I also have installed Word 2007, but I had different compatibility issues with this company using files created in Word 2007 and saved back to 97-2003, so I reverted to using 2003. Thanks in advance for any help, Stefanie M. |
