Default MS Word Template Aligment Issue

Hi guys, (REPOSTING IN RIGHT AREA)

Would really appreciate some advice here.

I've done a template for Word with the company's logo at the top and other info at the bottom. In MS Word it all looks good and the logo is right at the top of the page.

YET when I print it out there seems to be half an inch of space above the logo, even though this space isn't there when viewing in Word!

Anyone know where I'm going wrong with this?? I need to fix this ASAP so pls help..
