Default Section 508 compliant headers/footers

Is there an alt key to get to a header or footer? Trying to figure out how
the user can get the screen reader toread the header or footer in MS Word.

Press Alt+N to activate the Insert tab of the ribbon, then either H for
header or O for footer, and finally E for Edit.
