Formatting A Number In Mail Merge
Hi all,
I created a document in Word that I am combining with and address file from Excel. I get what I am looking for, except for the Zip Code field. In Excel, I have the field formatted as a Zip Code (leading zeros), but when it is included in Word, the leading zeros are gone - which will make the post office people very unhappy! How can I get the Zip Codes to print correctly? Thank you in advance, George |
