Jay Jay - Are you looking to simply "spell check" a saved file? It can be
done one of two ways that I know. 'Click' the Spelling and Grammar icon on
the Standard toolbar or use the shortcut key (F7).

What version do you have?

Are you asking how to correct an incorrect FileName? Open Windows Explorer,
select the file and press F2, type new name or correct mistake and press
enter. Don't change the dot extension!
