Default Workgroup Templates - How do I get them to show up when going to File New?

Using Word XP/2002 on WinXP.
=========================
I've got a letterhead template and a business card template I want to put on
the server for the staff to have access to. I created a folder on the
server, inside a shared Company folder, named "Word_Templates" - without the
quotes. I then went to my PC's Word and modified the Workgroup Templates
location to point to that folder.

However, when I closed and then reopened Word and tried to find those
templates, they aren't in File New. The Help menu didn't tell me what I
need, so I'm hoping someone here can.

Create a Server folder called Templates and a sub-folder called 'something
sensible' and then point the Workgroup folders to Templates. The templates
will be found in a new tab on File, New called 'something sensible'.

Note that until there are actually REAL templates in the folder, it will not
show as a tab in File, New.
