One of our staff is leaving and we want to change her name within the
document to the person
So I want to replace within 720 documents:

Your faithfully,
John Brown

to Yours faithfully,
Jom Brown

I can relocate all docs to one directory if required

BTW: this would be the perfect opportunity to update your templates to
include the Author name as a field.

[That is, if you are using templates at all -- somehow hard to imagine
with the number 720?]
