Word doesn't easily deal with pages. You would have to use copy and paste
(and risk losing the format, unless you are pasting into a new Word document). Also, note that it might be easier (and safer) to replace an entire file than separate pages (see http://word.mvps.org/faqs/numbering/chapternumber.htm). -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Atlantaz3" wrote in message ...
