Highlight text, then Save As will use text as file name
A real neat feature would be: if you highlighted some text (like the name
that a letter is addressed to), then chose Save As, the new file name would defaut to the highlighted text (with the .doc extension, of course) ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. As a quick and dirty -- you can drag the selection to a folder which creates

Clarification: I meant to save the entire document using the highlighted text
