Web Page

As this being the first time creating a web page (for an online class), I was
wondering if after I save as a 'web page' and I want to make changes, is it
correct to go to 'File' - 'Edit with Microsoft Office Word'? That seems to
be the only way to make changes.

After the changes I go to 'File' - 'Save as a Web Page' again. Correct?
