Default How Do I save a Word 2007 document with hyperlinks to the CD ?

I have a Word 2007 doc with many hyperlinks to PDF files that I want share on
CD. When I save it all to the CD the hyperlinks are still pointed to the HD.
How do I edit the hyperlinks so that they work in any CD?
