I need help on how to insert page numbers automatically into my document
without having to do it myself manually number by number

Page numbers get inserted into the header or footer. From the menu, choose
Insert - Page Numbers. When you do that, page numbers are inserted as a
field code inside a frame. To better understand what's happening, look up
Page Numbers in Word's Help system.
