Default AutoText

I just upgarded to Word 2003. In the previous version,
AutoText would update when I would do the following:
My template has a generic AutoText filename in the
header, I do a "Save As" to save the file as a different
name and I close the file. When I open the file the
AutoText updates to the current file name. Now that
doesn't happen - What gives?

Thank you

Hi Karen,

The behavior of that field was changed in Word 2002. It's documented in
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=832897 along with a macro to work around
it.

The reason for the change given in the Cause section doesn't make any sense
to me, but that's all we have to go on.
