Blank page prints at random
I'm printing from a Mail Merge Word 2003 document. It inserts a blank page
at random only part of the time. Is there anything I can do about this? Thanks Dena |

Blank page prints at random
Your document is likely JUST long enough that when some records fill in,
they take up additional lines and force the page to "break". I would check the bottom of the main mail merge document for additional paragraph returns by turning on my show/hide button: http://www.officearticles.com/word/s...osoft_word.htm The other thing that could be happening is that it's not Word, but your printer is grabbing an additional piece of paper. I suspect you checked that already? ************ Anne Troy VBA Project Manager www.OfficeArticles.com "Dena" wrote in message ... I'm printing from a Mail Merge Word 2003 document.
