Look under C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\STARTUP for a template
named PDFMaker. It is that template that is putting the buttons on the toolbar. -- Hope this helps. How to delete these corrupted menus from word 2k3
Thanks for your help Doug.
But I can find nothing in the specified folder. Is this issue related with registry? It was so strange. Only word is infected by this, other office components were healthy-_- "Doug Robbins - Word MVP" wrote: Look under C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\STARTUP for a template named PDFMaker.
