Document Security
I have a document that is protected with editing restrictions. The document
is set to only allow tracked changes editing. The intent was to allow users to edit the document but require management review in order to accept the changes. I noted individual users can Show and Print the final document without the markups thereby working around the management review/approval required to accept the changes in the final document. Is there anything that can be done to prevent this from happening? |
