Default Data Source in Word 2002 (global change)

Can I pull up a data source in table format in Word to make a global
change?

Default Data Source in Word 2002 (global change)

What format is it in now?
If it is one created from the merge wizard then you can edit it using the
old merge helper (see
http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm ) but the
resulting file will be comma delimited, which you can probably change back
to a table http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels...mail_merge.htm

Any other type of data source can be edited in the application that created
it.

If all else fails create a directory merge and add all your fields in a
single row table and merge to a new document add a header row to that
document to produce a new data file editable in Word.
