Word 2003 - Formatting Columns in Tables
The simplest solution is to create the table in Excel, select and copy it to
the clipboard, then edit paste special as a link in html format. If the number in the Word table is the result of a calculation then you can use a switch on the field to format it as you want - http://www.gmayor.com/formatting_word_fields.htm If its a typed number, simply type it as you want it. Word tables do not autoformat as numbers. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Peppermint wrote: I am doing a table with three columns of numbers.
