Mail merge from Excel
I have a database created in Excel 2003 and I open Word 2003 and go to mail
merge and choose Avery label 5160 and then choose the database file (Excel) and complete the merge. When the merge completes, the top line is indented by one space. I want the labels to all be left justified. I have another mail merge setup using another database and it works with no problems. Everything is left justified like it is supposed to be. I have been trying to find answers for the last 2 days. |
