Loading a Word document via HTTP
There is a Word document, saved with file type HTML. This document is opened
for reading via HTTP - a click is done on a URL such as www.example.com/test.doc. If the URL is opened on a PC with Word 2000, the document opens in Internet Explorer as a HTML file. If the URL is opened on a PC with Word 2003, the document opens in Word embedded into an Internet Explorer window. I would like, if the behaviour were always as with Word 2003. Can this be done with Word 2000? -- Michael G. Schneider MTLookup http://www.mtlookup.com Movable Type Weblog http://www.movable-type-weblog.com/ |
