Email Newsletter
I'm trying to send a newsletter email via word but the format of the
newsletter changes. How can I make sure the format stays exact? |

Hi Wendy,
The only way to be absolutely sure that your layouts remain the same is to convert your documents to PDF. Since your document is a newsletter, I guess that users are not allowed to change it, in which case PDF is a fine solution.
