Default Bullets and borders

I want to be able to indent bullets inside a border and have the border stay
at the original setting. (What happens is that when I move the margins to
indent the bullents the border indents too.) Help.

Default Bullets and borders

Hi

One way to go about this is to put the bullleted text in a table (even if
it's just a 1-row, 1-column table). Put the border on the table, not the
paragraph (use Format Borders and Shading; make sure the "Apply to" box
refers to the Table). There are then two ways you can position the text
horizontally. Option 1 is to change the left indent of the text (as I think
you're doing now). Option 2 is to increase the cell margins of the table
(use Table Properties Options).

Hope this helps.
