protect document and fill in checkboxes
I have created a form in Word 2007 using tables. I have fill-ins as well as
check boxes. I want to protect part of the document and also be able to put x's in the checkboxes. Is there a way I can do both? -- Debra |

protect document and fill in checkboxes
Hi ?B?RGVicmE=?=,
I have created a form in Word 2007 using tables. I have fill-ins as well as check boxes. I want to protect part of the document and also be able to put x's in the checkboxes. Is there a way I can do both? Not if the checkboxes are from the Forms toolbar and are located in an unprotected part of the document. You could possibly use the checkboxes from the "ActiveX controls" - these should work without document protection. But you need to know that they can also trigger macro security. If that's not a problem for you, then they should be OK.
