Pasting in phrases
What's the best way to paste in phrases? I'm a teacher/editor and need the
quickest way to paste in "comma splice," "spelling error," etc. Any one-stroke or two-stroke ways to paste in a specific phrase? |

I'd suggest AutoCorrect. See
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/customization/AutoCorrect.htm. You could also use AutoText, but for short phrases, AutoCorrect is simpler. -- Suzanne S.
