Default Copying & formating Excel worksheet in Word

I have a set of Financial Statements (balance sheet, P&L and Cash Flow) in an
excel worksheet. We are creating a document in Word and I want incorporate
the excel sheets into Word. Since they do not fit on a landscape page, it is
set to print at 80% reduction in excel. When I copy this into Word it does
not fit. I have to manually change the Font & size, manually changet the
column widths & row heights.

There has to be a better way?? Or PDF.
