How do I write a large integral sign?
I am using Equation Editor in Word and am writing a large equation using
integrals. The problem is that the integral sign does not scale up when the equation becomes larger (ie: has a divide sign). I can make the integral sign taller by making its font bigger but the sign gets fatter (not something that is wanted). Does anyone know how to make integral signs taller not fatter? Please help before my thesis writing makes me insane! |

Hold down the Shift key before you click the integral template, and keep it held down until after you click the template (i.e., release the mouse button first, then release the Shift key). -- Bob Mathews bobm at dessci.com Director of Training http://www.dessci.com/free.asp?free=news FREE fully-functional 30-day evaluation of MathType 5 Design Science, Inc. -- "How Science Communicates" MathType, WebEQ, MathPlayer, MathFlow, Equation Editor, TeXaide |
