how do I copy a file to the body of an outlook express email
Does anyone know how to highlight/copy/paste a document from word 2007 into
the body of an outlook express email? When I do, it is not formatted correctly. None of the paragraphs are indented. I need to seen, say 15 pages of a 258 page document via email. The recipient will not except attachments. |

There are essential differences between Word format and the text or html
formats used for e-mail that make such operations virtually impossible. If the recipient will not accept attachments, then the only solution is to reformat in the e-mail editor window. If you are sending html formatted e-mail then you can view the document in Word's web view to give an idea of the problems beforehand. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Aspiring author wrote: Does anyone know how to highlight/copy/paste a document from word 2007 into the body of an outlook express email?
