How to return for a hypertext control click?
I have a document with many hypertext links. When the cursor hovers one of
these links, the user is prompted to 'control click to follow' the link. What is the key stroke combo to return from the hypertext link? -- Richard Lewis Haggard |

How to return for a hypertext control click?
It can depend on what the link links to, but generally speaking, use
Alt+Left arrow. -- Herb Tyson MS MVP http://www.herbtyson.com Please respond in the newsgroups so everyone can follow along. "Richard Lewis Haggard" HaggardAtWorldDotStdDotCom wrote in message ... A control left click on an item in the index sends focus to a place that Alt
left arrow does not return from. What works for that? -- Richard Lewis Haggard "Herb Tyson [MVP]" wrote in message ... How to return for a hypertext control click?
There's no single solution to this. Alt+Left Arrow normally works; if not,
try Shift+F5. -- Enjoy, Tony "Richard Lewis Haggard" HaggardAtWorldDotStdDotCom wrote in message ... I have a document with many hypertext links. If neither Alt+Left nor Shift+F5 work, try Alt+Tab. Alas, there is no one
solution. -- Herb Tyson MS MVP http://www.herbtyson.com Please respond in the newsgroups so everyone can follow along. "Richard Lewis Haggard" HaggardAtWorldDotStdDotCom wrote in message ...
