Default toolbars shifting

I am having a weird occurence recently. The toolbars in Word are shifting to
the right when I open up the program. Any suggestions on how to fix? I have
the option set for display on two rows, so it's not that problem.

Default toolbars shifting

1) Quit Outlook if its running

2) Drag the toolbars back where you want them.

3) Quit Word

4) Restart Word. If they haven't stayed where you want them, then:

A) Quit Word

B) Re-name your Normal.dot template

C) Restart, then Quit Word.

If THAT doesn't fix it, get back to us...
