Default Table of contents corrupt

When I move to the table off content in a document I receive the following
error:
--Table of contents corrupt

Also note that we have about 50 screen prints and some of them have
disappeared (actually blank boxes) displaying another error:

--There is not enough memory or disk space to display or print the picture.

Any thoughts on what is going on with this file.

Regards,

Stewart Rogers
