Toggle Field Codes question
I'm a help desk worker at a university. Students here are on Office 2007
Enterprise for their laptops. one student had an issue with Word 2007 not showing the intended field information, (ie web source address instead of a picture) and the "Toggle Field Code" works to fix the problem, along with the allowing of the scripts and things to run in the document when the security notice comes up. (This is for a word document downloaded from the schools website / Blackboard). The real issue is, that this was never a problem for her until she copied and merged a file from another student. The other student had this issue and now she does too. Is there a way to change the general settings for Word to allow these pictures to show with having to "Toggle Field Code" each time? |

Toggle Field Codes question
The whole point of a toggle setting is that it can show either view. It will
retain the last view until changed. Switch with ALT+F9. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Andy D. wrote: I'm a help desk worker at a university. Also, note that it might be a good idea to keep only one document open when
pressing Alt+F9; the setting should then apply to all documents. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Graham Mayor" wrote: The whole point of a toggle setting is that it can show either view.
