Where can I find Roman Numeral IV in symbols? I don't
want to just enter IV, I want the exact roman numeral
with the horizontal bars at the top and bottom of the
symbol.

Some "large" Unicode fonts contain these symbols, but none that I know off
have bars top and bottom.
