When i click on the speech toolbar to turn dictation on in word 2003, the
volum of the microphone in the volume controle consloe goes to 0, wen i click
and drag it back up to 100%, as soon as click in word the volumes drops back
to 0, thus the speech recontion cant here me, but as soon as i turn dictation
off in the language toolbar the volume stay's a 100%, and wen i turn it on
its back to 0
