Default protect option button

i am trying to protect my document and when i re-open the document the option
can not click. something like the option button is not part of the form and
cann't protect it as filll in form.

Option buttons are not part of a Forms form. You can use multiple
checkboxes, and then VBA if you need to make sure only one of the checkboxes
is chosen. Otherwise, I suggest a dropdown--which only allows one choice to
be made.
