Default Keyboard Commands fro message recipient

Hi all, I use a word template to send an email from out look, the keboard
command to add the message recipients is M with an underline, i have tred
everything to get this to work, can somebody please tell me the kebaord
command to make the email fields come up in the word doc.

Default Keyboard Commands fro message recipient

Either click the e-mail icon on the toolbar or assign a keyboard shortcut to
the EmailEnvelope command (which you will find in the tools customize
commands keyboard all commands group.
