Default Opening word in act

I have Act 6.0. I just installed it on a new laptop running vista home prim.
Word 2002 is the word processor program for act.

Hi David,

Are you using Norton Antivirus? If so, disable the Norton Miscellaneous item, MS Office Plugin, and see if that helps. You may
also want to followup at http://act.com in the support area discussion groups and include if you're getting an error message, the
specific message. There may be something you need to do for being on Vista on this as well.
