If you're using text boxes (though I don't know why you would be), make sure
you have "Drawing objects" checked on the Print tab of Tools | Options.
Otherwise make sure that the text is not formatted as Hidden.

I can think of two possibilities:

(1) All the text is formatted as Hidden, and the Hidden box is unchecked in
Tools Options Print.

(2) All the text is in textboxes, and the Drawing Objects box is unchecked
in Tools Options Print.

If it isn't either of those, you may have something set wrong in the File
Print Properties dialog, or you may have a damaged printer driver.
