Default Compatibility with HP

I have works at home (4.5a).Works just grear,

I recently installed it at work (similar Dell running XP).

BUT... it won't print. At home in prints fine to my two printers (an Epson
and a Canon).

At work, we have an HP and I get an out of memory error even when I try a
print preview.

Any ideas?

Mel

This forum is for Word! Ask in a forum for Works (or HP) - better still ask
your company's IT support.

You might have to take that up with the IT department if there is one. If
you're each responsible for your own machines, then try removing and
reinstalling the drivers again. Print Preview uses the printer's drivers to
derive the on-screen display, so that sounds like the culprit.

If you're on a network, then it might be limitations imposed on you by some
of the policies on the server.

A better place to post to might be the HP printer forums if there are any,
since it appears to be a driver or netk issue.
