Not sure how WordPerfect's Quick Words work, but in Word you might try
the AutoText and AutoCorrect features. tex_san wrote: Does Microsoft Word have an equivalent of WordPerfect's Quick Words? |

Not even close... I've used WordPerfect since 1985 and am familiar with Quick Words. In my view AutoCorrect is very close to Quick Words: it works on formatting (like closings for a letter) and "pops in" just by typing the word you've selected. Hence, I don't understand your "not even close".
