Default Proper Addressing Techniques

I am addressing envelopes and the husband and wife have different last names,
what is proper procedure for receipent addressing.

Default Proper Addressing Techniques

Each full name separately (with courtesy title), on the same line if they're
short, on subsequent lines if they're long.
