Default Hanging indent

While Ctrl + T makes a hanging indent, how can I reverse it? I used to be
able to use Ctrl + Shift + T to reverse. It was quick and clean. Can you help?

Default Hanging indent

Ctrl+Shift+T still works if you haven't assigned it to something else.
