Default Pasted Excel chart not displayed correctly

I use Office 2007. When I paste an excel chart into a word 2003 doc, part of
my chart is whited out. This problem does not occur for word 2007 docs. I
have tried converting the excel 2007 to excel 2003 and attempted to paste the
chart into word 2003 but the same problem occurs.

How can I get this problem fixed?

I need to use word 2003 for a certain submission of the file.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Karlos
