How can formula output be updated when rows &/or columns are added
How can the results of formulas in WORD tables be updated, when not only the
input data referenced by the formulas changes, but rows &/or columns are added or subtracted to the table containing the formula(s), thus changing the cell locations referenced by the formula(s)? I assume (fingers crossed) there is a way to do this? Replies appreciated. Example: Formula in cell G4 . . . =E4*F4. Then a row is added above, so that G4 becomes G5. How, other than actually editing the formula each time this happens, can the formula be made to continue working properly? |
